My 2nd blog On The Job Training

 Now , I've been completed my  On-the-Job-Training course for about more than 2 months now.I’ve learned a lot of things in just 320 hrs of on the job training.My OJT experience has been incredibly rewarding. I have had the opportunity to learn new skills, gain valuable experience, and build a good relationship to the employees. Just observing the everyday routine has taught me more about team work, and how people can come together to get things done. I learned to accept their constructive criticism to me because they just want me to become better person and it is also for my own good and growth. I have developed as a trainee to follow strictly on instructions to ensure that the process is properly sequence. Ask question, if required, to clarify your understanding about things and this prevent you for incurring errors. I can say that I gained to work effectively and competently in the organization.
